Corey Casey is a qualified Trauma-Informed Mindbody Practitioner and adult child of an alcoholic. Combining professional expertise with lived experience, she shares powerful insights into how childhood survival responses shape adulthood. Corey helps ACOAs break free from these patterns and supports them on their path to moving forward and healing.
