Grainne Clancy is an accreditated member of IACP. She is known for her professional networking and connections with like-minded individuals. She has always been curious and wanted to understand her health complications connected with perimenopause; subsequent research and networking resulted in understanding that women in Ireland, UK and America were dying by suicide.
Reaching out to connect with experts with Menopauseland resulted in a very successful talk at Trinity College Dublin. Keen to keep the conversation moving forward and remove the taboo surrounding menopause. Grainne works as a counsellor and psychotherapist in private practice online and in person in Dublin City Centre, facilitating contribution-based online groups exclusively for men and women regularly throughout the year.
Aims of the workshop:
The workshop will be highly interactive facilitating individual exercises, group discussion and learning about the personal journey of perimenopausal cisgender women.
For Counsellors and Psychotherapist to have knowledge surrounding the perimenopause and post-menopause and be comfortable to bring this topic into the therapeutic space with clients.
CPD Certs will be emailed to participants after attendance at the Event
