Presenters Bio: Maria trained as a trainer and clinical supervisor in the Oxford Cognitive Therapy Centre (OCTC) and was awarded an MSc by Oxford University. Training was provided by a number of well renowned CBT therapists including Dr Helen Kennerley, Dr Ann Hackman, Candida Richards Deborah Lee and David Westbrook..

 

Workshop Outline: To provide mental health professionals with core knowledge and skills of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. To equip individuals with basic CBT knowledge and skills to treat clients with Anxiety.                                                     

 

Training Level: Intermediate
