Supervisors  Forum - Northern Ireland - Presents: Preventing and Managing Difficulties in the Supervisory Relationship

Presenters Bio: Dr Kevin Egan was Head of the Department of Behavioural Sciences at All Hallows College, Dublin City University where he lectured on the MA in Supervisory Practice. Presently he lives in Boyle, Co Roscommon where he has a private practice as a therapist and supervisor. 

outlining some of  the causes of problems in the relationship. and will  go on to explore how these problems may be prevented and  suggest some options for managing difficulties that may arise. Participants will be invited to draw on their own experience of receiving and giving supervision. 

 

In the afternnon session, time will be open to address procedural and business issues that participants may want to explore.
