Present a workshop entitled: Advanced Breathing Re-Education Workshop for Stress, Anxiety & Panic Attacks

Presenter Bio: Patrick McKeown is a graduate of TCD and the Buteyko Breathing Clinic of Russia and is one of the few Western experts authorised and accredited by the late Professor Buteyko to teach this method. He has worked with clients and trained healthcare professionals in 41 countries in using this method to treat asthma, panic attacks, anxiety and sleep disorders. Patrick is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Biology, a full member of the Academy of Applied Myofunctional Sciences and the author of eight self-help books and five DVD's on breathing breathing pattern disorders. Workshop Outline: Theoretical review of breathing pattern disorders and their relationship to panic attacks, anxiety, stress and poor sleep patterns. How to recognise dysfunctional breathing and measure relative breathing volume in client population. First hand experience of the physiological effects of addressing breathing disorders. Step by step instruction in teaching basic breathing exercises to address breathing pattern disorders.
