About the Speakers: 

Ishita Sangra

Ishita Sangra is an IACP Accredited Member and Supervisor. Born in Malaysia and raised in India, Ishita has lived in Ireland for over 20 years. She works with the National Counselling Service, HSE, and also runs a successful private practice. In her private practice, she specialises in working with ethnic minority populations and with adult survivors of child abuse. Her work also focuses on areas such as relationships, couple counselling, and trauma.  Over the years, she has built a reputation for offering compassionate and effective therapy in areas such as anxiety, developmental disorders, marital and premarital issues, divorce, domestic abuse, relationship issues, stress, and PTSD. She also provides support for clients facing challenges related to self-esteem, self-harming, racial identity, sexual abuse, and more. Ishita is a member of the IACP Equality Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

Dr. Cóilín Ó'Braonáin

Dr Cóilín Ó Braonáin. C.Psychol., Ps.S.I., MIACP has been practising psychotherapy and psychology in Limerick and the Mid-West of Ireland for 25 years. He works with adults, adolescents and children using a variety of psychological therapies.  He holds a Bachelor’s Degree (magna cum lauda) in Psychology and Philosophy from Marquette University in Wisconsin, USA. A Master’s degree in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (1st) was awarded by the University of Limerick. More recently Cóilín earned a doctorate in Developmental Psychology at Mary Immaculate College, Limerick. Other courses completed include a Certificate in Play Therapy from the Children’s Therapy Centre in Westmeath and a certificate in Filial Play Coaching from Play Therapy Ireland.



CPD Certs will be emailed to participants after attendance at the Event
