Present : A Workshop on The Science of self-esteem
Presenters Bio: Dr David Hamilton was a speaker at IACP conference in 2017 and has done a workshop on "How the mind can heal the body".
Workshop Outline: In this workshop, David will teach strategies and science around building a healthy self esteem. It is a subject very personal to him, having struggled with self esteem for many years, even as an author. Indeed, it is not uncommon to be outwardly well or confident but to be struggling on the inside.
David will share practical strategies for literally ‘wiring’ self esteem into the brain, plus some strategies to help build self-compassion and serve as an antidote to the voice of the self-critic. David will also discuss the power of vulnerability and of being yourself.
CPD certificates will be emailed to participants after attendance at the Workshop.
