"Understanding Anxiety”

Presenter Bio:  Dr Harry Barry has 36 years' experience as a GP based in Drogheda, Co Louth.  With a keen interest in the area of Mental Health and Suicide Prevention. Dr Barry is the author of four books, addressing various aspects of mental health, including depression and toxic stress.  Dr Barry also regularly contributes to media coverage of these topics

Outline: 

The workshop will include the exploration of three Subjects:Panic Attacks,Phobias and GAD/OCD. There will be time given to break into groups depending on numbers and questions will be given to problem solve.  Feedback and a Talk on the subjects will follow.

Training Level: All Levels 

CPD certificates will be emailed to participants after attendance at the Workshop.
