Presenter Bio: Malachai O'Hara
has worked in the Rainbow Project since 2009 as Mental Health Development Officer and now is Health and Wellbeing Services Manager. He leads a team of staff and volunteers that deliver a range of services for LGB&T people and their families, including the Foyle LGBT Centre and has 6 years' experience in delivering sexual oritentation training.

Martin Rolston was educated at Queen's University as a Psychology undergraduate and then with Diploma/Advanced Diploma in  Counselling.  He has also studied numerous courses with Pink Therapy inLondon and is accredited with Pink Therapy as well as BACP. Martin designed and ran the first Personal Development Group in Northern Ireland exclusively for gay/bisexual men, based on years of experience with the Loving Men and Edward Carpenter Community Personal Development Group residentials for gay/bisexual men


Workshop Outline: To explore Sexual Orientation Awareness.  To provide a space to discuss working with members of the LGBT community.  To explore how to work in a non-judgemental and empowering way with lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender clients.

Training Level: Intermediate 

CPD certificates will be emailed to participants after attendance at the Workshop.
